Spin to Win
Marketing > Spin to Win tracks the events created by your spin-the-wheel campaign.
What this tab helps you answer
Use it to understand:
- Who played the wheel
- Whether they subscribed
- Which prize was awarded
- Which discount code was issued
- Which pages generated engagement
What the list shows
Typical fields include:
- Subscribed status
- Page URL
- Played time
- Created time
This lets your team compare when the widget was shown versus when the visitor actually engaged with it.
Filters that matter
Common filters include:
- Played time range
These filters are useful for both campaign analysis and customer support questions such as lost code follow-up.
What to inspect in the event detail
Open an event when you need the complete prize record, including:
- Prize name
- Prize type
- Coupon code
- Subscription state
- Locale
- Page URL
- Played and created timestamps
Operating pattern
- Check participation and subscription rates.
- Identify which prizes are being awarded most often.
- Review page-level performance.
- Feed the results back into offer design, display timing, or Klaviyo follow-up flows.
