Setup > Learned Products controls which products HeiChat can use for answers and recommendations.

#What this page manages

HeiChat can learn products automatically or manually until it reaches your current product limit.

This page helps you:

• Keep the learned catalog aligned with your real catalog
• Fill newly available product capacity after a plan upgrade
• Remove low-priority products when you hit the limit

#Auto Learn New Products

Turn this on if you add products often and want HeiChat to keep learning them automatically.

When enabled:

• New products are added until your limit is reached.

When disabled:

• Existing learned products stay available
• New products require manual fill or refresh actions

#Fill to Limit

Use Fill to limit after:

• Upgrading your plan
• Buying a product limit add-on
• Cleaning out old learned products and making room

After clicking it, allow about 10 to 20 minutes for HeiChat to finish learning the newly added products.

#Product-level actions

#Refresh

Use Refresh when a product's title, description, price, stock status, or publish state changed and HeiChat seems out of date.

#View

Open the product in Shopify admin to inspect or edit it quickly.

#Remove

Remove the product from HeiChat's learned set without deleting it from Shopify.

Use this when:

• You have reached the limit
• The product is low priority
• You want HeiChat focused on more important SKUs

#Unpublished products

Unpublished items cannot be learned properly by AI.

If a product should be recommendable:

1. Publish it in Shopify.
2. Refresh it or run Fill to limit again.

#Suggested maintenance routine

1. Keep Auto Learn enabled for active catalogs.
2. Use Fill to limit after any capacity increase.
3. Refresh individual products when the AI seems stale.
4. Remove low-value items when the product limit becomes tight.
